I have a right to refuse or refund a commission at any time

major changes can be made during sketch process, smaller changes can be made during line and color process

after 3 requested changes i may start charging extra depending on type of changes (my own mistakes will likely not count towards this unless you failed to provide proper reference to your character)

turnaround time is 3 months at most. your commission will likely be completed in a more timely manner

you may request updates whenever as long as you respect my time. i have a job, other clients, and personal life things <3

i don’t always post my commissions but sometimes i do, please specify with me if you wish for me to not publicly post your commission before we start

you have my permission to repost art you’ve commissioned from me (with credit) :)

you may not use my art for profit unless discussed with me (sellable merchandise like stickers, keychains, or t-shirts to sell as a few examples). to which additional charges will be implemented after agreed on usage

you may ask me to allow you to create personal merchandise for yourself with my art. im usually ok with this as long as its not being sold or given out as merchandised product (this does not include the selling of your character and the monetary value they hold with their extra art and physical items)

when buying a character design from me you own all character rights, but you do not own commercial rights to the art i have made of them. you may change and alter the character to you liking (i actually encourage it, i want the character to be yours to enjoy!) you may not edit the original art of them without permission

you are to pay for your commission in full upfront (unless requesting a split payment method)

i accept PayPal, kofi, Venmo, and CashApp

refunds may be provided when the sketch is in process, until the sketch has been sent and approved by you

split payment: the upfront payment is non-refundable once the sketch has been started. the second portion of your payment is refundable up until the lineart has been completed, once lineart is sent out it is non-refundable

refunds are no longer accepted once approved unless probable cause in which a partial refund may be provided (emergency expenses, financial crisis)

you are paying for a luxury, please be sure you are financially comfortable enough to afford art without putting yourself in a financial strangle! please be sure you can afford necessities before you indulge in art of your character <33
